Sarah Korver
Sarah KÖrver is a Public Health and Development professional and Manager of Global Emergency Care at the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) in Melbourne, Australia.
She has more than a decade of experience working closely with governments, development partners and civil society establishing global health programmes, policy and coordination of humanitarian surge response. She has previously worked with the World Health Organization and the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS across the Western Pacific and South Asia Regions.
Since joining ACEM she has supported the establishment of the College’s Global Emergency Care (GEC) Desk and facilitated the College’s commitment to the establishment of partnerships that support locally-led capacity development of emergency care in low and middle-income countries.
Sarah has a keen interest in development ethics, healthcare workforce capacity development and health system strengthening with a number of peer-reviewed publications in the area.
