Approach to the Shock Trauma Patient
  • Shock trauma resuscitation principles
  • Pleural decompression and drainage
  • Approach to the initial management of severe traumatic brain injuries

 

SESSION TWO: 11:30 am – 01:00 pm
HIGH PERFORMING TEAMS, COMMUNICATION AND HUMAN FACTORS
  • Team leadership in trauma management
  • Managing human factors and stress in trauma resuscitation
  • Approach to the hot debrief of critical events
