Dr Pafilio Tangitau

Pafilio Tangitau is a Registrar working in the Emergency Department of Vaiola Hospital, Tonga. He has been a student of Emergency Medicine for 8 years now with many more years to come.

Pafilio is working closely with the Head of Department (Director), looking after and running the small department. He was recently involved in the Disaster Response for the volcano and tsunami in Tonga earlier this year including COVID following this.

Pafilio has been involved over the years with MIMMS training in the Pacific with the team from NCCTRC.
