Charlotte Stevens

Charlotte is currently acting as the Nurse Unit Manager or Emergency at Sandringham Hospital. Her substantive position at Alfred Health was as Deputy Nurse Manager (Workforce and Operations) and eTQC Emergency Lead for The Alfred Emergency & Trauma Centre and Sandringham Hospital Emergency Department.
 
Charlotte works alongside Nurse Managers to manage nursing workforce requirements and daily operations of the Alfred Emergency and Trauma Centre and Sandringham Emergency Department. She has completed her Master of Advanced Nursing Practice in Emergency Care at the University of Melbourne and has gained advanced clinical experience and skills in clinical practice of emergency nursing throughout her career.
 
In 2016, Ms Stevens joined The Alfred team as a Clinical Nurse Educator having gained eight years’ experience at another Victorian Level 1 Trauma Centre. Her current challenge is leading the two Emergency Departments through the transition to an Electronic Medical Record.
